Copyright for articles published in Makrifat: Journal of Islamic Studies remains with the authors. Authors grant the journal the right to publish, distribute, archive, and make articles available to the public through print and electronic media.

By submitting a manuscript to Makrifat: Journal of Islamic Studies, the author grants the journal publication rights to publish articles that have been accepted and declared suitable for publication.

Author's Rights

The author retains the right to:

  1. Reusing the contents of the article for academic and non-commercial purposes;
  2. Save and archive article versions in accordance with journal provisions;
  3. Share articles with colleagues, institutions, or academic repositories;
  4. Using part or all of the article for teaching, research or other academic work purposes while still including the original publication in Makrifat: Journal of Islamic Studies;

Journal Publication Rights

Makrifat: Journal of Islamic Studies has the right to:
